Return + Exchange Policy

 

We are confident that you will love your Hear Us Roar items as much as we do. But if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we accept Returns for 14 days from date of receipt (full-priced items only).

Simply e-mail returns@hearusroar.com.au and we will e-mail you back with return details.

We strongly recommend using registered post as we can’t refund or issue credit notes for lost items.

Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s is not covered or reimbursed by Hear Us Roar unless the item is faulty.

 

Receiving Returns - Refunds Issued

We process refunds back to the card or account used for purchase. You will be refunded the final sale amount minus any shipping costs.

  1. You can track your return and see when it reaches our warehouse. This usually takes a few days.
  2. Once your return has reached us, allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. 
  3. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail when the refund has been issued.

Exchange Items

We don't offer exchanges.

To ensure you get the correct size, we recommend returning the item and repurchasing in the correct size. 

 

Sale Items

All purchases on sale items are final.
