Return Policy

 

We are confident that you will love your Hear Us Roar items as much as we do. But, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we accept returns for 14 days from date of purchase.

Simply email info@hearusroar.com.au and we will email you back with return details.

We strongly recommend using registered post as we can’t refund or issue credit notes for lost items.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s are not covered or reimbursed by Hear Us Roar.

Refunds

We process refunds back to the card or account used for purchase. You will be refunded the final sale amount minus any shipping costs.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Hear Us Roar.

Sale Items

All purchases on sale items are final.
